001 - Purpose

Not everything I learn belongs in a paper. This notebook is a place for questions and thoughts I come up with while working with data and interesting variants. Learning things I dont fully understand yet, and techniques I want to learn. Im still trying to move from a clinical question to genomic findings to understand the core problem, and I want to keep track of the thought process behind it. Most notes will lead nowhere, and others might eventually lead to a paper. But for now im just keeping track of what I find interesting.
